PixFly is an applied AI academy for companies and families. We operate on two fronts: six training programs (Claude Code for Developers, Claude Code for Operations, AI Landscape for Leaders, AI for C-Level, Claude Essentials, and AI Governance for leadership) and Forward Deployed Engineering consulting to ship AI inside client operations.
It depends on the profile. For engineering teams, Claude Code for Developers (18h). For operations, finance and HR, Claude Code for Operations (15h). For managers and leaders who need quick awareness, AI Landscape for Leaders (6h). For executives 1:1, AI for C-Level (10-20h, individual format). For life and career, individually or with family, Claude Essentials. For CFO, risk and compliance, AI Governance. If you're unsure, request a conversation: we recommend based on your context.
Only Claude Code for Developers requires programming experience (terminal and Git familiarity recommended). The other programs (Operations, AI Landscape for Leaders, AI for C-Level, Claude Essentials, and AI Governance) are designed for professionals without a technical background, with examples applied to their day-to-day areas.
We go beyond training: senior professionals embed with your team to map processes, prioritize AI opportunities and ship solutions alongside your people. The outcome is agents and automations in production, not just presentations. Scope is agreed case by case based on operational maturity and priorities.

Programs are 100% hands-on, so the first applied cases appear during the first week (inside the workshop itself). Measurable production results typically show in 1 to 2 months, accelerated when consulting comes in to unblock implementation.
The default is live remote via video conference, with recordings available. Onsite versions are available on request, especially useful for industrial operations, mining units or when the client prefers an in-person immersion.
Yes. Each participant receives an individual digital completion certificate.
We bill B2B and issue official invoices. Payment methods for companies: bank slip (boleto), PIX, wire transfer or credit card. Contracting is done via a signed commercial proposal and invoicing follows the agreed schedule.
